Audiostretto 59/4/24 is a daily podcast with an encouraging impulse for the day. Hence the combination of numbers: 59 seconds for 24 hours.

Every day is unique despite all our routines, plans and repeated processes. Because many today have little time in a day with a full agenda, each input is a maximum of 59 seconds long.

So analogous to a ristretto: short, strong and invigorating!

My hope is that this input for each day fits at least one concrete situation. In this way, the listener can experience the day more attentively and consciously with the willingness to find the respective impulse in their own day and thus be encouraged to put into practice what was heard before.
